• User and team data is retained for a maximum of 90 days after subscription cancellation.
• Events and schedules are retained for 3 years for historical analytics.
• Deleted data may be archived in secure cloud storage for up to 3 years for audit purposes before permanent deletion.

Data Deletion Requests

We follow a secure process for data deletion:

1. Request: Email hello@appstacksolutions.com to request deletion.
2. Verification: We verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
3. Purging: We initiate a validated process to purge your data from our active databases.
4. Archival: Purged data may be archived for 3 years solely for internal audit purposes in accordance with our policies.
5. Completion: The process is typically completed within 7 calendar days.

Data Storage & Security

Appstack Solutions securely stores customer data in compliance with industry standards. All customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS, ensuring robust security and reliability.

Payment Information

We do not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
